About this Project
An internal point management system built for PPM Manajemen, designed to track employee participation in professional development activities such as certifications, training sessions, and PPE programs. Every activity claimed by an employee goes through an admin approval process before points are reflected on the company leaderboard. The system consists of two sides: an employee portal for claiming activities and tracking personal point progress, and a full-featured admin dashboard for managing approvals, employee data, and PPE program publishing. Built with a focus on a lightweight, fast experience across both desktop and mobile.
